2011 30th Anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon

A balanced and structured wine, our Anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon shows black cherry and violets on the nose. A slightly creamy mouthfeel is accentuated by flavors of cassis and blackberries. With balanced acidity the wine comes alive on the palate and leads to a long finish with notes of cocoa powder, anise, and tobacco.
