By blending Cabernet Franc and a touch of Merlot with only the best barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2011 vintage, we created our 30th Anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon.  We’ve branded the wine “Nils” to honor Nils Venge’s great dedication to fine winemaking.  

Our Oakville Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, is a Cabernet lover's Cab!! 100% Cabernet Sauvignon!

Our Syrah hails from the north end of Napa Valley, the warmer, drier Calistoga District. Known for intense summer heat, Nils chose this Frediani Vineyard fruit to create a more concentrated, fuller-bodied & lush Syrah.

Nils's popular blend, sourced from our own Oakville District of Napa Valley. Named in honor of our best winery pooch, Chloe, who would happily greets our guests, prior to her fully enjoying retirement in the Sierras.

The old Zinfandel vines that created the grapes for this amazing vintage...prove that aging can bring some of the best of what's around!

Here is a rare, prized, 97% Malbec/3% Cabernet Savignon blend from Mello Vineyard in Yountville. This hillside Malbec is perfectly handcrafted in true Saddleback style.

Only a true rancher could make a wine worthy to be called the Rancher Red! Nils has done it again with anoither stellar Cab blend! Comprised of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cab Franc, 9% Petite Sirah.

Our Pinot Blanc is a unique and treasured for its beauty and scarcity in Northern California. Sought after for its bright, floral aromas, and flavors of summer fruits and honeycomb. This medium-bodied white wine is a great pick for pairing with brunch and food in general.
