Saddleback's Pinot Blanc is a varietal that’s tough to find elsewhere in Northern California. You’ll find soft aromas of casaba melon, clove, honeycomb and Ylang Ylang, brighten as it’s swirled in the glass. On the initial taste, you’ll notice a tart, but creaminess envelope your mouth. As it opens a bit more, it delightfully dances on the palate with flavors of Asian pear, warming spices, dates and Yuzu lemon. Its light, but impressively faceted taste profile will pair amazingly well with any fresh springtime meal.
