The 2017 Saddleback Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon reveals a deep ruby-purple color and has expressive tannic notes with nueances of mierality, cedar, black cherry and slight graphite. Full-bodied, it fills the mouth with the beautiful dark cherry, baking spices and the firm tannins are supported with a lovely light cinnamon finish. Perfect pairing for with any charred steak or salad using an acidic dressing.
