The diverse vineyard clones from around the valley, result in our exceptionally calm, supple, but diverse Chardonnay. With its signature balance, delicately oaked body, Saddleback's Napa Valley Chardonnay pleases even the loathers of Chardonnay (including Elizabeth!). The nose approaches with soft hints of jasmine, loquat and quince peel. Its soft entry is followed by invigorating flavors of canaloup, sauteed plantain and edamame.
